Cooking is her blood, literally. Stacey Waldman-Manocchio discovered her passion for culinary in a restaurant that her grandparents owned and operated in Charleston, South Carolina, where she grew up. Over the years, standing side-by-side with her grandmother, her family’s traditional recipes were honorably handed down to her. She saw this as an opportunity to open her catering company, In Good Taste Catering and Planning.
